EASTER/ANZAC CLOSURE DATES - Te Tira Ahu Pae offices will be closed 18-25 April. A small number of staff will be available on the 23rd and 24th of April to assist with urgent matters, however, no hardship grants will be processed after 14th April until we reopen on the 28th.
Please complete this form to request Advocacy Support or to Apply for our Minor Hardship Grant. You do not need to Sign Up or Login to complete this form.
If you have any difficulties completing or submitting the form please contact [email protected] for assistance. Once we receive the form you will be allocated to one of our advocates if you requested Academic or Welfare Advocacy Support and they will get in touch via email and/or text message.
NOTE: If you hare applying for a Minor Hardship Grant please choose Hardship Grant Application for the question "what type of issue are you wanting help with?" Please send a confirmation of your enrolment in the current semester in the format of a screenshot from portal of the Courses & Qualifications tab to [email protected] .

How we use your data:
- Te Tira Ahu Pae Advocacy Service collects and stores your personal information in a secure client management software, this information is only accessible by the student advocates.
- We use this information to support our work with you.
- We do not share your information outside the advocacy team without your consent, except when required by law (e.g. we have a serious and immediate concern about yours or someone else's safety.)
- In an emergency when we must share your information we will attempt to first inform you, but this might not alway be possible.
- When you consent for Student Advocates to act or advocate directly with Massey staff or social services on your behalf we will let you know what information we will be sharing.
- Student Advocacy uses no-identifying information (e.g. number of cases, campus location, qualification level) to fulfill our reporting obligations to Massey University.
